Doritos Finger Sucker, Dogs Are Highlights of Super Bowl Ads

The Super Bowl is probably one of the only events on television where viewers don't want to change the channel or fast forward between the action of the game. I caught myself a few times reaching for the remote last night to change the channel when commercials started to play but then realized, it's the super bowl, the commercials gotta be good. The overpriced time slots are usually overproduced pieces of garbage in my mind, but apparently Doritos came out a winner. The commercials (there were alot of them, early and often) were a quickly trending topic on twitter almost immediately. By halftime Doritos was mentioned in more than 32,000 tweets. While Doritos was an apparent smash hit, many of the commercials featuring celebrities were ineffective and might hurt the companies.
