Nobody knows the ins and outs of the AFC East as well as Bryan Cox. This is a good move by the Dolphins in my opinion to fuel up the defense. He played 5 seasons in Miami where he went to 3 Pro Bowls. With a young up and coming defense, hopefully he can energize and instill some passion along with helping them with what to do... and not to do on and off the field.
